We are here to serve the needs of all of your furry family members! We offer a variety of personalized services. Our goal is to serve each pet’s needs, whether that may be a long walk or jog, a short walk (“relief” walk), or somewhere in between. We also offer overnight stays if you need the best care for your pet while you are away. We use an app to track our walks so that you can be a part of the experience, as well! You can leave your pet in our hands and not worry one bit because we will shower you with photos, updates, and not to mention spoil your pup with affection! We also offer individualized training services. Lance, our owner, has helped many families be able to properly train dogs to make walks seamless and bad habits broken. We offer competitive rates with our companies in the DMV area. Walking Services

60 Minute: $30 + tax

Our 60 minute walks allow plenty of exercise, especially for breeds requiring more of this.  Longer walks also maintain your dog’s mental health. Without enough exercise to stimulate their mind, some dogs become anxious or destructive. The longer one-on-one time spent on walks can help deter attention-seeking behaviors, as your dog will burn more energy and be less hyper-active at home– meaning less stress for you!

30 Minute: $20 + tax

These walks are just enough time for your pups to get their daily exercise, sniff, and enjoy the day. Most dogs can tolerate 20-30 minute dog walks on a daily basis if they have a relatively good body condition.

15 Minute Relief Walk: $15 + tax

For our existing clients, we do offer even short walks. These walks are helpful if you are running late getting home, or something unexpected comes up– or your pup simply prefers short walks, we are more than happy to do this!

Sitting Services 

We offer this service in the owner’s home only. Most dogs prefer to be in the comfort of their own home, with their own scents, and their owner’s scents. We find this to be the best way to keep your pups comfortable and at ease while you are away, especially for highly anxious dogs who do not do well with other animals or warm up to new people easily. Also, this is the best option for dogs with disabilities or health issues who may require more personal care than they might get in a boarding facility. We also take care of basic house necessities such as mail gathering, taking out trash and recycling, going to the store to get more food for your pets, administering pet medications, and anything else you may need. We will make sure to leave your house in the condition it was prior to you leaving.

Up to 3 visits a day (No overnight stay): $60

Includes up to 3 walks late morning, afternoon and evening, with feedings and refreshing water as instructed. Prices is based on 30 minutes for each visit.

Beyond 8 hours/Overnight: $70

Includes up to 4 walks (morning, afternoon, evening) and feedings and refreshing of water as instructed.

Holidays: $120/night

Due to high demand, holidays should be requested at least two weeks in advance.

Each service will have a 6% state tax fee added on to the total.

Holiday rates will apply the following holidays in 2022: Memorial Day (May 30th), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (September 5th), Thanksgiving (November 24th), and Christmas Eve & Day (December 24 & 25th), New Years Eve (December 31) and New Years Day (January 1, 2023)

Cat sitting ($30/night) + 6% tax fee. We do also offer cat sitting at Heights Hounds as we love all animals and want your whole family to feel at home and cared for while you are away. If you are interested in this, please fill out an additional pet form with the cat’s information and needs while you are away.

Training Services

Free meet-and-greet 

Sessions typically run around 1 hour, preferably several times a week (2-4 days) to ensure tricks and commands are learned
